Philosophy

HEART is about uplifting authors and their hard work. Only stories the staff have read rating three hearts or higher will appear on this site. If a story does not make the grade then it will not appear on the site. It is HEART’s belief that no review is better than a bad one. With that being said, HEART stands behind the STORIES (stories only, not the publisher or any affiliates) posted on its review site and believes in the writing abilities of the author. HEART inspires to celebrate the art of writing, great story telling and the authors who write them.

The Missing Star by Kallysten

Blurb:

As a child, Tina discovered that, like her grandmother, she had a talent for magic, but she never developed her abilities. After years have passed, she rediscovers her gift on Christmas Eve, and tries to bring back to her for a night the love she had let slip away from her. But will one more night with Ryan be enough?

My Review:

Cute. Quick. A bit predictable. But worth the .49 price. This short stocking stuffer delivers a sliver of Christmas magic that everyone hopes for.

I give this story 3 and a half hearts. Reviewed by
